Jami Grenvile
Founder & Trading Educator
For more than 20 years, Jami Grenvile has been immersed in the world of trading, developing a practical understanding of the markets through years of firsthand experience.
Early in her journey, Jami gained valuable experience during the development of WizeTrade, contributing behind the scenes as the trading software and business were being established. The experience gave her an early look at the relationship between trading technology, market analysis, and the way traders learn to interpret market movement.
Over the years, Jami continued developing her own approach to trading while participating in trading communities and working alongside traders with a wide range of experience levels. Along the way, she recognized something that would eventually become central to the idea behind Ripp Capital: learning to trade can be intimidating, and traditional trading environments are not always particularly welcoming to people who are just getting started.
Jami created Ripp Capital to offer a different approach. Education comes first, questions are encouraged, and traders are given an opportunity to develop their skills and confidence in a supportive environment without hype or pressure.
Originally created with women in mind, Ripp Capital continues to place a special emphasis on helping women become more comfortable and confident in the markets while welcoming anyone who shares the community’s commitment to learning, respect, and collaboration.
For Jami, the goal isn’t to tell someone what to trade. It’s to help them develop the knowledge and confidence to better understand the market and make their own decisions.
Beyond the Markets
Jami’s drive doesn’t end when the market closes. A former fitness model and certified track driver, she has always been drawn to challenges that require focus, discipline, and a willingness to keep learning. Whether she’s cycling, skiing, spending time in the mountains, or behind the wheel on a track, she brings much of that same mindset to the way she approaches trading and life.
Chris Stone
Entrepreneur & Business Strategy Consultant
Chris Stone is an accomplished entrepreneur and business strategist with decades of experience building companies, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities across the automotive, mobility, technology, and service industries.
Throughout his career, Chris has combined sales, marketing, technology, and business development to turn ideas into successful ventures. He founded CMB Wireless, a successful wireless communications company, and later built and operated businesses including Bavarian Autosports and BigD Auto, a high line automotive dealership. He is also the founder of Rescue EV, which provides emergency mobile charging solutions for electric vehicle drivers.
At Ripp Capital, Chris brings an entrepreneur’s perspective to business strategy, decision making, and recognizing opportunity. His experience complements Jami’s background in trading and trading technology, bringing an additional perspective to the Ripp Capital community.
Chris’s approach is grounded in the same principles that have guided his entrepreneurial career: understand the information in front of you, evaluate opportunities carefully, make informed decisions, and continually adapt as conditions change.
